Complexity after NICU

News

Greetings NEFPS:

We would like to invite you to participate in a community needs assessment survey aimed at understanding and identifying the assets and gaps in our community with regards to taking care of infants and children with varying levels of complexity after being discharged from the NICU. We would like to learn from you about any challenges or barriers you have encountered in caring for this population. Our hope is to engage pediatric practices in the community in an ECHO learning collaborative (virtual sessions comprised of a brief didactic, case presentation and discussion) in the future where the results of this needs assessment will inform the learning objectives and content of those sessions. This ECHO learning collaborative is part of a larger HRSA-funded demonstration project aimed at improving transition from the NICU to the community.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes of your time. As a provider in the community, your feedback is invaluable in this process. Please see link below:

If you would like more information about this project or are interested in receiving information about registering for the ECHO learning collaborative in the future please let us know by emailing jennifer.white@ufhealth.org
